Tool tip for the UDFs created using vsto se add-in.

Hello,
i have a Udf using vsto se for excel .
suppose i have four parameter for the UDFs.
i would like to create new tool tip for the udf.
Is there any way to to have tool tip for the UDF .
I am using vsto se for creating excel addin ,office 2003 and vs2005.
please help me out...

thanks for reply.
i have tried the example suggested by you.
But this couldnot satisfy my requirements.
i want, as soon as i write the function as =MyUdf("intellisense should come
up here",...) in the cell.
I would like to know is it possible or not by ur knowledge.
or if its possible, suggest some link where i can get some more sound help.
looking for big helping hand.
