Toolbar - add a graphic to the command button

Hello

OS: Windows XP
App: Office XP

I would like to add a JPG to a Toolbar Button. Can I do this within Word or
do I have to create a ICO graphic via 3rd party package?

Any assistance will be much appreciated.

The Word toolbar icons are usually 16 x 16 pixels - insert the jpg into the
document, set the layout to in font of text. Copy to the clipboard and paste
to the toolbar item.
