TOOLBAR AND MENU LOST

Hi,
We have tried uninstall and reinstall . . . But, when Word is opened, there
are no toolbars or menus accessible. All that shows is the document and the
top bar.

Forgot to mention that this is Word 2000 as a part of Office 2000. All other
Office aps are fine.
