Hello,
I have a command on the print-preview toolbar that is greyed out on a Access
2000 standard full version (9.0.2720), but at my office my test computers
have Access 2002 & Access 2003 and the button works fine.
What can I check for at my clients to determine why the button is greyed out
at their office?
additional notes:
I manually added the command button "send to email recipient (as
attachment)" to the print preview toolbar at my office. It shows up & works
fine at the office on access 2002 & access 2003 (tested on 3 different
computers). At my clients office using Access 2000 the button displays as a
greyed out button on the print preview toolbar.
At the clients all the toolbars display, with the command buttons, but
just this one "send to email recipient (as attachment)" button is greyed out.
thank you very much,
phillip
PS
have a great weekend
