Toolbar button Image size ...suing VBA ... "PasteFace"

Hi,
I want to put Image of size larger than 16/16.When I m embedding it on
Toolbar button using "PasteFace" then Image is geeting shrinked.My Toolbar
button size is such that image should fill up entire button.But Image is
getting shrinked and its appaering only on left side of button.
Plz suggest how to work with Image of size larger than 16/16.
