Toolbar command to insert commonly used correspondense in email

I'm trying to create a toolbar that enables me to automatically insert into
the new email message window the text from commonly used business
correspondence letters. Using auto insert limits the number of characters
inserted to a short phrase. What method will produce the desired result?
