Toolbar Customization lost

Folks,

I am using Visio for Enterprise Architects. Every time I start the program
I need to re-establish all of my Toolbar customizations. Can someone tell me
how to save them or if this is a known bug. All other Office products work
fine as far as Toolbar customizations are concerned.

Have you tried testing this without Adobe Acrobat installed or upgrading to
a newer version of Acrobat to see if this addresses the problem?

Removing the Adobe PDF Menu item seems to have fixed this. Thanks.
