Toolbar disappears

I have Win2K with Office 2K SBE over Office97 Pro. (I need the Access 97 for a custom DB) I am using the original Office 97 shortcut bar on the desktop. Whether I autohide it or leave it on top, it will disappear. It seems to happen if the machine is idle for a while (a couple of hours). I guess I could reinstall Office 2K & add the toolbar, but I am curious if anyone has run into this & why.

I got simillar problem .
I have office 2000 Proff. installed in Windows 2K proff.
One morning I saw that the Tool Bar of office 2000
disappeared. When I opened any document it is opening
without any shortcuts.Even on right click there is
nothing.I tried the web and got one solution to rename the
normal.dot file but it could not help me.Then I
reinstalled the office 2k but to my surpise there is same
problem.Can someone give me any solution.
