Toolbar from other software

I have a dictionary software that, when installed in my old PC (word 2000,
windows 2000), would create a customized toolbar in word. I have re-installed
the same software in my new PC (windows XP home edition, Word 2003), but that
toolbar does not appear no more in Word.
Any ideas on how to locate it, and where to manually copy it so that it
would appear?

Thank you.

I can think of several possibilities. If you right click any toolbar, does
the toolbar for the dictionary software appear on the list? If so, click to
place a check by it. Does it appear now?

Another possibility is that it's hidden by something else in Word 2003.
Choose Tools - Customize - Options tab, and ensure that both "Show Standard
and Formatting toolbars on two rows" and "Always show full menus" are both
checked. Does it appear now?

A third possibility is that Word thinks there's a problem with the add-in.
Choose Help - About Microsoft Word - Disabled Items, and see if the
dictionary software is listed as disabled. If so, try enabling it and see if
that fixes matters.
