I have seen several questions referring to icons in the toolbar being greyed out but no answers. I am having the same problem. The only way I can solve it is to reinstall a new default toolbar icon set on each email I want to send. This is a pain in the neck. Someone must have an answer! Please help!

Normally when an icon is grayed out, that function is not available in that
view. Can you post a screenshot showing an example?

You can post a screenshot link using a service like ImageShack. ImageShack
is an easy-to-use free media hosting service. It can be used to upload
images. Registration is not required in order to upload files.
