Toolbar in Outlook 2007 moves

Using outlook 2007 on windows vista with norton 360. The toolbars in
outlook, which includes the norton 260 add in toolbar are moveable. When I
move them they reset to their default location the next time I open outlook.
There is no way I can find to lock the toolbars in position.

Is there a way to lock the toolbars in position so each time I start the
program I do not have to re-arrange my toolbars?

Not an Outlook issue; Norton is responsible for saving and restoring their
own Toolbar positions. Contact Norton support instead and request it as a
feature.
