toolbar in visio

Hi
can someone tell me that how i used built in
visCtrlTypeSPLITBUTTON_MRU_COMMAND to create toolar button like a pointer
tool in Standard toolbar in my visio addin.

if anybody know please give me a sample to do that.
Please its urgent .
