The case of the disappearing toolbar items...

I am running OL2000. when I customize the toolbar, i.e.. add commands to it
they are gone the next time I restart Outlook. How can I fix this?
Thanks,
Mitchell

Reset the Toolbar; all Toolbar customizations will be lost and the Toolbar
will reset to what it looked like when you first installed Outlook. To do
this locate outcmd.dat and rename it to outcmd.old when Outlook is closed.
By default you can find it here;
C:\Documents and Settings\%username%\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook
