Toolbar Mess!

When I open a new e-mail message my toolbars are not in the order I want them
to be, so I'll rearrange them. The problem is, when I open another new e-mail
message, the toolbars are back to being unorganized. Is there a way to save
the arrangements of my toolbars?

It depends a bit on the toolbars involved.
