toolbar missing

I am using office 2000 and XP Pro (same ones we have
loaded in Riyadh). For some unknown reason the toolbar on
my Word package is not visible anymore. I tried right
button and generally prodded with right button on the top
part of the documents, but the toolbar is no where!! I
can open the documents, all is fine but the toolbar not
there..

How do I get it back? this is happening with all
documents, even though when I saved them they all had
toolbar there (ie the file, tools, help icons etc)

What do you think may have happened? how can I get the
f.....n toolbar back, as I can not save documents or
anything else bcs the toolbar icons are missing on top !!

I encountered something similar once where all toolbars
were gone. Word opened as just a box. Researching this I
discovered a KB which suggested I rename the normal.dot
this did the trick!
