How do you automatically control the toolbar placement in Outlook
without disabling the toolbar?
Many programs install toolbars and quick links that add functionality
to Outlook; like Adobe Acrobat and Snagit. But no matter how many time
I rearrange the toolbar placement. They reappear as a discombobulate
mess when I open a new mail message. If you do not re-arrange the
toolbar, you often end up with four rows of toolbar. Please let me
know if you have suggestions for dealing with this nuisance. The
situation happens in Word and Excel, yet it's more annoying in Outlook
since the "Send" toolbar occupies the entire width; thus Outlook
creates additional rows for each toolbar.
