Toolbar Problems in Outlook

I am having problems with toolbars in Outlook 2003.

The toolbars move around on their own. I place them in a location and they
never stay where I put them. I have even told some of the toolbars not to
display, but they display again after I exit Outlook and then start it again.

Anyone have any ideas?

Not an Outlook problem but a problem with the programmers of the add-ins
that place toolbars in Outlook. Sloppy coding will cause this problem every
time.
