ToolBar Problems

While I was playing around with the toolbars I accidently deleted the
Tools command off the default toolbar. I tried restoring it through the
Customise window by creating a new Tools command and then dragging and
dropping the appropriate commands to it. The problem is all the commands
that were there are not available as commands to drag and drop. For
example, the command buttons ActiveX Controls, Addins, Startup, and more.

Is there any way to restore the original Tools command back onto the Tool
bar?
