Toolbar Question

We are using Windows 2000 and the boss uses Office 2002. He has lost his
customized toolbars in Word. When I went to put back everything, I found
(to my great dismay) that NOTHING shows up in the Macro section of the
toolbar customization. There should be some stuff there by default even if
the special things I did for him got lost! I thought about deleting
Normal.dot and letting it rebuild, but that isn't going to find the macros I
did for him. I'm using Office 2000. If I copy my Normal.dot and load it on
his machine, will that work - or are the Normal.dot files in 2000 and 2002
too different for that?
