TOOLBAR RESET ITSELF EVERY TIME WHAT CAN I DO

The PROBLEM is that the toolbars in office 2003 Outlook and Word 2003
My toolbar that I created is gone when I restart my PC,
Even when I put some of my Icons on a existing toolbar gone after restart
Please advice,, Its really shitty to recreate the toolbar you need for your
work,
as well the font of my documents resets Itself every time

good preparation for Word 2007 ... ;-)

Seriously: toolbars don't disappear by themselves. So there are
basically three things I can think of that may happen at your side:

1. they are not getting saved in the first place, or

2. something is resetting the template where you've saved them (usually
Normal.dot) in between, or

3. something (usually a not-so-well behaved Add-In) is inhibiting the
toolbar to show on startup.

If you are still reading this, make sure that 1 and 2 are not the
culprits. Then we can look into #3 (disabling Add-Ins, starting Word in
Safe mode, etc.).
