Why is it that the toolbar on some computers are only as
long as the number of buttons they contain and others go
from side to side even if there are only two or three
buttons? Is there some way to make all of them just as long
as the number of buttons?

Why is it that the toolbar on some computers are only as

Get into the properties for the tool bar (I think right-clicking on it
will get you there). There is a setting for controlling how it
appears.
