The MS Office Shortcut Bar is not a default install
item in Office XP. You can add that Office Tool
from the Microsoft Office listing in Add/Remove Programs
in the Windows Control Panel.

'Not Available' in this case means 'not installed'.
Change the setting to 'Run from my computer'

Thanks for the info. followed your advice but it says
that the tool bar is 'not available' i've got office xp
professional. would like to have the toolbar like on
