Toolbars and workline (File, Edit, etc) has disappeared

At a point I used a shortcut and by mistake I removed COMPLETELY all the
toolbars and workline - File, Edit, etc - from the top of my page. Whenever I
open Word, either for a new document or a previously saved one it always
opens the page only. I cannot do anything unless I remember the function's
shortcut. I even tried reinstalling Word on top but it probably did not find
any problems to restore. What can I do to bring it back to normal?
