Replaced Outlook 2000 with Outlook 2003. Now my tool bars are impossible to
read because I am seeing double. Is this because I have two versions of
Outlook open at the same time?

There's no way to have two versions of Outlook open at the same time (at
least on one computer).

My guess would be that your toolbars are not designed for OL 2003.

No, you can't have two open at once. Either go to view, toolbars, customize
and reset the toolbars or find and delete outcmd.dat.
