Toolbars have all turned to CHinese characters.

After my toolbars all turned to Chinese characters, I reinstalled Outlook,
only to get the same result. Has anyone else seen this happen and found a
fix?

I thought that I've replied to your earlier post, but I cannot find my
reply. But you have sent me a screenshot that shows the problem, so you
must have seen my reply.

Anyway, your entire toolbar area turned into garbage, containing lots of
random Chinese characters, and completely unidentifiable garbage chars.
I have no idea what this is, and I have certainly never seen anything
like it.

The first thing I would do is to seriously scan your system for malware.
Start with an online scan at http://housecall.trendmicro.com/ (use v6.6)
