Toolbars Hide Top of Spreadsheet

I have a co-worker who opens an Excel spreadsheet on her Mac laptop
and, since updating her OS, when the document window opens the two
toolbars (standard and formatting) automatically appear and cover the
top inch or so of the opened document. She cannot grab the top of the
document to pull it down out of the way as it is hidden. The only way
she has found to fix this is by closing the toolbars, moving the
document down, and then reopening the toolbars. It didn't use to do
this in the previous OS...pls advise...thank you so much!

An easy way to correct this is to use the Windows-Arrange option. This will
resize the workbook's window to fit the available screen area. No need to
hide and then reshow the toolbars.
