Toolbars in Excel

If I do changes to a toolbare, the changes are not beeing samed when closing
Excel. If I remove a tool og place a new toll on the toolbare, they are not
there after closing and restarting Excel. - Can sombody tell me what to do?

Locate your Excel.xlb file and delete it. Then start Excel and try again.
If that doesn't help, maybe an addin is resetting the toolbars, try disabling
all addins (tools, addins) and then modify a toolbar, see if it stays put.

Try attaching the toolbar to the spreadsheet.

Right click the toolbar, customise, attach.

This links the toolbar with this workbook. May not work but worth a try.
