Toolbars in Word 2000

Hello everyone.

How the heck do you lock the tools bars in MS Word 2000? (Service
Realase 1 and 2 are installed)

I’m been through right click, options, customize, tools, view… and just
about everything I can think of. In Internet explorer, it’s right click,
lock tool bars – how nice. But they want to change things come MS Word 2000.
