Toolbars in Word XP

I set the options on Word XP to have standard and
formatting toolbars on two rows. Whenever I open a
document that has the toolbars on one row or additional
toolbars, it resets the toolbars to whatever the last
document open had. How do I ensure that the toolbar
settings remain what I want them to be?

There's no way to make where the toolbars are located
document specific. What they contain, yes. But where
they're displayed, no. Short of writing macros that control
what's visible and where it is. But these are extremely
tricky if you try to make toolbars share the same rows.
