Toolbars

I use 3 toolbars each sited under one onother, however whenever I open a
file the window opens behind the toolars making it impossible to access the
close, minimise or full/part window buttons.
How can I fix this

You're toolbars are probably slightly off from their docked position.
Try moving them up until the dock, and the window will reposition.
