toolbars

I am writing for my daughter. How can she keep the
reviewing toolbar from reappearing in Excel in Office
XP? When she turns on the computer the reviewing toolbar
is present. She goes into VIEW then TOOLBARS and then
turns off the toolbar. Quite often when closing a file
or closing the program and then reopening at a later time
the reviewing toolbar is back. Any ideas?

Try this

You can use this line to disable it
Application.CommandBars("Reviewing").Enabled = False
Set it true to use it again

Actually I believe the annoying popup Reviewing toolbar is triggered by
certain custom file properties. Go into File, Properties and the Custom
tab. There you will probably find several custom properties that begin with
underscores (as I recall). If you delete them and save the workbook and
close the Reviewing toolbar, I think the next time you open the workbook the
toolbar will not appear.
