Another sneaky way to show toolbars is to float the Visio tool bar.

This example don't destroythe layout of Visio toolbars.
to open the project file, please use Vb.net 2005 and Visio2007.

When you click a menu on the form, a troolbar displayed upon the form.
The toolbar is not docked to the form, but always stays at the definite
point on the form.
This way is not valuable as a product, but you can enjoy such a trick.
