Toolkit vor Visual Studio .NET in German

Hello,
the Toolkit vor Visual Studio .NET is available in many languages - but
not in german.
Is there a reason for that?
When will this tool be available in german?

The toolkits will be released in several more languages, and German is one
of them. There were last-minute issues found and they had to be delayed.
