I HAVE A EMPLOYEE DATA IN EXCEL HOW TO USE DATA ANALYSIS
FOR 14000 EMPLOUEE'S DATA.
GIVE ME SOME EXAMPLE.

If you had their ages you could use the histogram to make a
histogram putting their ages into bins? Don't know quite
what you'd use it for, but you were kinda vague so...

Or you could use regression to do a sales forecast for each...

Just so you know Data Analysis is a set of additional statistical
tools for Excel...

It's according to what kind of data you have and how extensive it is.

Well, let's see...
You could count how many have a last name beginning with a given letter of
the alphabet.
You could group them by shoe size.
You could sort them by academic training.
You could arrange them by birthdate.
You could arrange them by marital status.
You could see what percentage have a salary above a certain amount and below
another amount.
Etc.
Etc.

What, SPECIFICALLY, are you trying to do?
