Tools menu in Outlook 2002 missing after installing Office XP

After I installed Office XP in my notebook, the Tools
menu from Outlook 2002 does not appear.

I am using Windows XP Pro with two profiles: one when I
am in office and the other one when I am travelling. This
problem occurs only in the office profile.

I will appreciate if somebody could help me sorting out
this problem.
