Tools/Options/Other tab -Person Names not available when running V

Capital City Educator

I'm using Outlook 2007 (without Business Contact Manager) on a Vista
machine. I want to have both options for Person Names (Tools/Options/Other
tab) checked. At present the options are unchecked and grayed out. How can I
make these options active?

Note: This works just fine on my other machines running Windows XP.
