Tools - Security not highlighted after crash

I had to download my entire site - not that big - because my hard drive
crashed. Now, the security tab under the tools drop-down menu is not
highlighted. Everything else works fine.

BTW - I used my ftp account to download the files. The ftp works fine, too.

Do you mean; Tools | Server | Permissions?...you'll only get that when you
are online with the server via http.

Thanks Duh. That fixed it. But, now I have another question but I'll
post a separate thread for that.
