Tools to Options in Word

Is it possible to save Word Documents both to My Documents
folder (default) and a networked location? If so how
would one do this? Thanks!!

Yes, bummer, though, you simply have to save it twice;
once to My Documents, then again to the network.

Do recommend using the same name and add the date or v1,
v2, etc, or some other unique identifier so you will
always be using the same version if you and another party
needed to email changes back and forth - also, talk to
your IT or MIS person about using the network as the
default drive, then having a share folder set up so you
and others (with appropriate permissions, of course) can
share the document.
