ToolTip Help

I have a rectangle shape with 4 connection points. wat i want is when i place
mouse pointer to any point,it show some text as tooltip. i m trying to find
the sol for last 15-20 days. i have to use such thing in C#. plz reply.

A control point has a cell named "Tip".
My idea is to place control points on the points you wish to display tip.
