Top and Bottom Margins

Although the page prints correctly the top and bottom margins do not show up on
the screen layout. The top and bottom markers do not appear on the vertical
ruler although the left and right margin markers show up on the ruler across the
top of the screen. What am I doing wrong please?

Click 'View' on the toolbar, then click 'Print Layout'. Move pointer
with mouse to just above top of page ('Show White Space' appears on
tag) and left click. Margins should appear!
