|I did that in as much as I right clicked on the_borders folder and went to
| properties and went to _borders properties. The Attributes showed that the
| read-only box had a green square in it and the hidden box was checked. I
| unckeck the hidden box saved and then re=published the whole of the website.
| No change. I use FP2002. The only benefit I can see is that the folder is
| now a darker shade of yellow so perhaps it did some good. Should the Hidden
| box be clicked or not? As far as the top border not publishing, it would
| appear that we are back to square one.
