Top/Bottom Margins in Page View

This is more of an annoyance than a problem. Some setting has changed and
in View/Print Layout, my lines go to the very top and very bottom of the
page. This is true, regardless of top and bottom margin settings.

I'd like to be able to see the white space at the top and the bottom. Any
ideas?

Clicking at the point where the page end or starts will give you the space
back - it toggles: the next click will remove it.

Tools >Options> White space between pages >Check box - with the box checked
the default is to have the white space; uncheck it and the default if for
the space to be missing.
