Top link bar in PWA - highlighting does not change

Hello:

I am using PS2007/WSS 3.0. I have added a couple tabs at the top using
PWA > Site Settings > Top Link Bar. The first tab remains to be the
default Home tab. When I click on any of the other tabs, the correct
page is displayed, however the tab highlighting does not change to
"dark blue" - so it appears as if Home tab is still selected.

Is this a known issue? Has anyone experienced this?
