Suddenly when I open a new word doc, the cursor is right at the top of the
view, (irrespective of the view I use). The blue band at the top of the left
hand ruler has disappeared and I cannot drag up or down on the ruler. Page
set up is fine and the doc prints with the top margin in the right place. It
is more an aesthetic irritant than a serious dysfunction but I would like to
put it right
