top of VIsio chart clipped off when save-as HTML

I just made a small change to a visio chart ( replaced one graphic with
another about the same size ). Chart looks great, saves fine, reloads ok.

However, when I save it as a HTML, the top and bottom 3/4 of an inch or so
is trimmed off of the final viewable HTML.

This didn't happen the last time I saved it as a HTML, just this time.
