Top or Bottom Ten

Hi

Using Access 2003. What should I type under "criteria" field to retrieve the
top 10 or bottom 10 values?

In query design, right click in the space in the top half of the query grid
and then select properties. Enter 10 in the Top Values field. Sort your query
in the opposite order to get the bottom 10 values.
