Total dates e!

Column A is Names! I would like to have Dates Missed in
column B and the total number of all these days in a cell
in Column C. Can you assist?
Name DateMissed Totalnumberofdays missed

C

CLR

IN A1 type Names
In B1 type Datesmissed
In C1 type Totalnumberofdaysmissed
In C2 type the formula =COUNT(B:B)

Then highlight all three columns and do Format > Column > Auto fit
selection.............this will set the width of all three columns to
encompass the text you just typed in Row 1.

Then enter your names in column A and the corresponding dates missed in
column B (but only one date per row), as you described and the total number
of dates missed will accumulate in cell C2
