We have a custom cube built for us using a DTS package that we can access
through Portfolio Analyzer. The table used for the cube breaks down several
project metadata fields to the task level by taking the field value and
dividing it by the number of assignments. In my Development environment when
I create a view the Totals for each level add up to the total value of the
rows above and the project level adds up to the metadata total. In my
Production environment every line and total show the same value...the lowest
value of the calculation (value of one row in the underlying table).
We first thought it was a problem with a particular view as we had turned
off the subtotal function. It is however turned on and we are still not
getting totals. I also built a completely new view and am having the same
issue. Does anyone know if there is a switch/flag at the cube or application
level that controls specific fields in Portfolio Analyzer or the cube in
Analsis Manager?
Thanks,
