Outlook should let us total the hours spent on a particular client ineach
month for effective costing of time for consultants

Outlook plays many roles, but as a time manager and accounting tool, it is
seriously lacking. There are better tools available for this task - try
using your favorite search engine, MSN, and look for time and billing
software.
