Totaling Records in a Report

How can I total records in my report? The data is not
calculated but imputed data such as Bill of Lading totals
and I want a report to show me the total for one month.
So far I am able to print a report listing all the Bill of
Ladings and each corresponding total, but I can't figure
out how to get Access to take those totals and add them up
like in a Balance Sheet.

Please Help.
